The Phase 2 Annual Review Meeting was hosted by the European Environment Agency (EEA) in Copenhagen from 9-11 Jan. 2008. All key partners attended and several users who actively supported the meeting discussions. The User Executive Body (UEB) had a parallel session and reported back on key user issues for consideration such as invitation of new users, continuation of the GSE FM Newsletter and participation in GNU.
 
All deliverables for Phase 2 completion had been submitted so this phase was closed successfully. Plans for continued activities in a post-GSE FM period were priority discussion on the Agenda and several options via the EU FP7 programme as well as the post-Kyoto REDD process were discussed.
