Ortho Images are the basis for all further products. Ortho-Images and their derivates may also be used by the user directly as an essential source of information for:

• Interpretation
• Visualisation
• Documentation

Actual Ortho Images are providing up to date information. Historical Ortho Images provide historical information, e.g. on the status 1990 and are based on images from data archives.

Ortho Images are used in all services, either as products or as intermediate products in the production process.
